The Journey

Thank you to each of you who read and give feedback on my recent 60! newsletter. Your support and engagement are important to me, and I am truly humbled by the resonance my thoughts found with many of you.

As I reflect on my journey through life, I am filled with encouragement and excitement. Life has a way of unfolding in unexpected ways, with twists and turns that shape our experiences and perspectives. 

Recently, a friend reminded me of the importance of pausing to celebrate our accomplishments. Here are some of my recent successes:

• I launched my podcast, ABWilson’s Heart of the Matter, on Friday March 14. This is a program where I ask the same overwhelmingly positive questions of my guests to uncover amazing stories;

• I had the privilege of co-facilitating a fabulous retreat in Trinidad and Tobago. As a result of that work, I will find more ways to integrate photography into my facilitation work. 

• I have co-hosted six 3C Gatherings, since December 2023. Each cohost has provided interesting and timely guidance and thought-provoking suggestions. The next will be on Thursday, June 6, where we will explore Solitude. When you get a chance, read this month’s blog post.

While there are more accomplishments to celebrate, I will stop here. I am filled with deep gratitude for the work I am privileged and called to do and the remarkable people I have the honor of working with.

To each of you, I extend my heartfelt thanks as I prepare to embark on the next chapter of my journey as a soon-to-be 60-year-old. Your support, encouragement, and presence in my life are important to me. Thank you.
