Happy Labor Day

The first Monday in September is Labor Day, a day dedicated to honoring the hard work and contributions of workers. In Bermuda, Labor Day is usually celebrated with a banquet, a march and other activities organized by trade unions, bringing together people in a spirit of unity and recognition of the labor movement’s achievements. It’s a day to reflect on the progress we’ve made and to stand in solidarity with those who continue to work toward fair and just labor practices.

Labor Day also unofficially signals the end of summer, ushering in the start of a new school year. It’s a time of transition—a moment to pause and prepare for the adventures that lie ahead. Adventures in our personal and professional lives.

As we celebrate Labor Day and prepare for a new season, I’m thrilled to invite you to our next 3C Gathering. The topic is Adventurous. The 90-minute experience is an opportunity for conversation, connection, community, as we explore new beginnings and the adventures to come.

Whether you're returning to the classroom, embarking on a new project, or looking to connect with like-minded individuals, this month’s 3C Gathering is the perfect way to prepare for the Fall.

What adventures do you have planned for the coming months? Send me an email.
