Are you feeling a sense of disconnection, or do you know someone who might be struggling with loneliness? Whether you’re seeking connection for yourself or looking to support others, this workshop is for you. At ABWilson Consulting, we’ve created a safe, supportive space where you can explore these important issues with care and empathy.
Join us for a four-hour mini-workshop designed to guide you through understanding loneliness and discovering ways to foster meaningful connections. This workshop is crafted with sensitivity, recognizing that discussing loneliness can be challenging. Whether you’re here to explore your own feelings or to learn how to help others, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you can grow and connect.
We’ll focus on the strengths and positive experiences that can help build bridges to others. Together, we’ll explore how to cultivate connections that feel authentic and nourishing, for yourself and those around you.
What to Expect:
Understanding loneliness: We’ll start by exploring what loneliness means—beyond just being alone—and how it impacts well-being. This understanding can help you support yourself and others.
Finding strengths in your story: Through gentle, strengths-based activities, you’ll discover what’s already working well in your life and how to build on those successes to create connections, for yourself or in your role as a supporter.
Practical tools for connection: You’ll leave with practical strategies and tools that can be used to foster meaningful relationships, whether you’re applying them personally or helping someone else.
Creating your path forward: We’ll work together to develop a personal action plan that aligns with your goals, empowering you to take steps toward a more connected life, or to support others in doing so.
