Six Weeks of Joy

Six Weeks of Joy is a live, online experience designed to help you notice joy more often and invite more of it into your everyday life.
Over six weekly sessions (starting Saturday, January 24), we’ll explore joy through different themes, including Pure Joy, Joy and Kindness, Joy and Play, Joy and Courage, Joy and Creativity and Joy and You. Each session has a different co-host and blends guided reflection, meaningful conversation with simple practices you can use right away.
You’ll also receive a Joy Journal to capture insights, track your joy moments and stay connected to what supports your wellbeing between sessions.
This program is for anyone who wants a practical, encouraging space to reset, reconnect, and build joy with intention.
