How to answer these questions for optimal effectiveness

There is no best way to answer the questions. Answer one a day over the next few weeks. Answer all at one time. Answer one question only.


The great thing, the choice is yourself. If you read the first part of this two-part series I outline options for answering the questions you can put to yourself.

Appreciative Inquiry Questions for Self-Care


Think about a time when self-care made a noticeable difference in your life. What did that experience reveal about the importance of taking care of yourself?
