Our journey together will unfold over approximately 90 minutes, delving into the first theme of the Let’s Spend The Year Together calendar, Upon Reflection. Join us on Thursday, December 7, at 6:30 pm EST/7:30 pm Bermuda time for an experience designed to enrich your spirit.

Aderonke Bademosi Wilson, PMP
ABWilson is a photographer who is always looking for the next great picture. She specializes in first, getting close to her subjects and then steps back to see what else is going on. As a student and practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry (which uses strengths and successes to find solutions), ABWilson continually asks the question, what is good and where is the beauty in this situation? Sometimes the answer is obvious, other times, ABWilson will take the time, look through the lens of her camera and find the perfect image that may not be obvious at the first glance.
Aderonke Bademosi Wilson, owner of ABWilson Consulting, is a communications and facilitation professional with more than 30 years of experience. She is a certified project management professional and a certified change manager with an extensive background in strategic planning, management and facilitation. She is also experienced and skilled at facilitating large groups addressing pressing national topics.
In her quest for continuous learning, Aderonke is a student and practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry. She has facilitated community and organization-specific workshops in Bermuda, the United States and Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Leslie Garcia, LCSW
Leslie Garcia is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Mental Wellness Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Her main focus is to eliminate the mental health stigma among professional leaders.
She created Counseling Space to help professionals conquer the mental challenges associated with professional leadership. Leslie’s mission is to humanize mental health. She is known to make her clients feel "emotionally lighter" and some call her their personal "CEO Counselor". She has been trained in several mental health techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused intervention, non-profit leadership, and care management.
She contributed commentary to Psych Central Magazine, Huffington Post, and Bauce Magazine. Overall, her main work is captured by promoting resilience and teaching a more mindful approach to mental health based on the 3 pillars of self-awareness, self-care, and self-development.
As a native New Yorker who embraces her Dominican heritage, she has developed a keen ability to work in diverse settings and navigate between the urban and corporate industry to promote the importance of mental health.
Stacia Yearwood, MFA
Stacia Yearwood is an entrepreneur, empathic writer, and educator. Her creative and educational projects focus on the restorative and self-evolutionary power that creativity and compassionate communication facilitate. Stacia's work has been published in the Bellevue Literary Review and Beltway Poetry Quarterly, award-winning journals focused on the human experience, health, and healing.
