Aderonke Bademosi Wilson, BA, MA, PMP
Aderonke Bademosi Wilson, owner of ABWilson Consulting, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitation, training, management and corporate communications. She is a certified project management professional and a certified change manager with an extensive background in strategic planning, management and facilitation.
​
Aderonke worked for six and a half years as the head of the Government of Bermuda’s Department of Communications. In that role, she was the country’s crisis communications manager and managed the COVID-19 communications during the first 18 months of the pandemic. She is also experienced and skilled at facilitating large groups addressing pressing national topics.
Prior to working for the Bermuda Government, she co-owned The Stratford Group, a corporate services and training organization. Aderonke has returned to her professional passion, of directly helping and supporting companies to operate at their best.

She has worked with country leaders, Government Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Department Heads and Boards. She has also worked for municipalities, international business, telecommunications, insurance companies, private schools, hospitals, law firms and not for profit organizations.
In her quest for continuous learning, Aderonke is a student and practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry. She has facilitated public and organization-specific workshops in Bermuda, the United States, United Kingdom, Trinidad and Tobago and Sierra Leone, West Africa.
